3. The Service

   PentestAI is a software service that assists with security testing, analysis, automation, and related workflows. It provides tools and generated output for informational and operational use, but does not replace human judgment, independent validation, or legal authorization.

4. Authorized Use Only

   You may use PentestAI only on systems, applications, repositories, networks, and assets that you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the service to access, scan, probe, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with any target without valid permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

   You may not use PentestAI to:

   • perform unlawful or unauthorized security testing;
   • gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
   • deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing infrastructure, or credential theft workflows;
   • disrupt, degrade, or overload services;
   • violate export controls, sanctions, or applicable laws;
   • abuse the platform, bypass limits, or attempt to interfere with PentestAI itself.
6. Your Responsibility

   You are solely responsible for how you use PentestAI, the targets you choose, the instructions you provide, and any actions taken based on the service's output. You must independently review and verify all results before relying on them.

7. Fees, Third-Party Services, and Intellectual Property

   Paid plans, usage limits, credits, features, and pricing may change over time. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. PentestAI may rely on third-party services such as authentication providers, code hosts, browsers, cloud infrastructure, and model providers, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

   PentestAI, including its software, branding, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

   We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to PentestAI if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, security abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or activity that may harm us, our users, or third parties. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the service and update these Terms from time to time.

9. Disclaimers, Liability, and Contact

   PentestAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
